All are manufactured from high quality Steel and heat treated to optimum characterstics of strength and wear resistence .In Bagasse conveyor chains side bars are manufactured of EN-8,EN-9,EN-19. Side bars are subjected to operation like Blanking , Piercing & Grinding and then hardened & tempered to avoid linear elongation & to improve the fatigue strength.
